Audit of the issuance of ground passes in the United Nations Secretariat in New York

Procedures for issuance of ground passes and controls over the use of associated information systems needed to be strengthened to ensure that access to United Nations premises is only granted to authorized individuals. TWO REPORTS WERE ISSUED FOR THE SAME ASSIGNMENT NUMBER. ONE STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL REPORT (031) WAS ISSUED TO DSS. THIS REDACTED REPORT WAS ISSUED TO MULTIPLE CLIENTS.
